Kaela Ladue is the Organization and Well-Being Coordinator with Blue Zones Project Riverside. After completing the Randall Lewis Health & Policy Fellowship with Blue Zones Project Riverside, she developed a strong passion for advancing community well-being. In her role, Kaela partners with organizations to build relationships and support practical strategies that promote healthier workplaces and communities.

Kaela brings experience in hospital quality, stakeholder engagement, and administrative support across healthcare and community settings. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and is currently an Master of Public Health candidate at California Baptist University, concentrating in Health Policy and Administration. She is also a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), with expertise in health education, promotion, and advocacy.

She is passionate about community well-being, preventive health, and strengthening systems that improve health outcomes and quality of life. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies at the local theater, playing pickleball, thrifting, and spending beach days with friends.
